WHO/WHAT: If your ideal days include fresh air, busy little feet, and a family who genuinely does life well—this one is special. Tucked on a hobby farm, this is a warm, grounded, deeply intentional family that’s building something beautiful. Their home runs on love, laughter, and a steady rhythm.

Right now, their days revolve around two little ones—a bright, energetic toddler and a happy, curious baby—with another sweet addition arriving this fall. They have every intention of adding a few more little feet to the mix and would love a nanny who’s excited to grow with them through each new chapter. Big brother is all movement and personality: running, climbing, asking questions, and turning everything into a game. He thrives with someone who can match his energy, stay engaged, and guide him through his big world with patience and playfulness—especially as he transitions into becoming a big sibling. Little brother is in that joyful baby stage—learning, exploring, smiling big, and soaking in everything around him. Your role will center around creating days that feel engaging, active, and grounded—getting outside often, planning simple outings (local parks, library days, and, when comfortable, trips to museums or the zoo—the family car is provided), reading stacks of books, and helping both children feel secure, stimulated, and deeply cared for. This is a hands-on, present kind of role—phones down, fully engaged, building connection in all the small, everyday moments. The family especially values a nanny who doesn’t just supervise, but thoughtfully weaves developmental learning into everyday play.

This position is a thoughtful hybrid of childcare and household support. The family is incredibly collaborative and flexible here—the goal is simple: help keep life running smoothly. As time allows, you’ll help lighten the family’s load—meal prep, dishes, laundry, tidying, organizing, and taking initiative where it’s helpful. If you enjoy creating order and stepping in proactively, this will feel really satisfying. Because their home sits on a hobby farm, there may be the occasional simple task like collecting eggs with the children—nothing heavy and always optional, just a natural part of the rhythm that adds a really special layer to the role. Both parents work from home part of the time. They’re available and supportive, but very respectful of the nanny’s space and role—they trust you, give you autonomy, and want you to feel confident taking the lead. At the same time, mom is thoughtful about how the home runs and has built strong systems and routines to support their days—this role is a true partnership in bringing those rhythms to life with consistency. This is a long-term opportunity with a family who truly values their nanny and is excited to grow alongside the right person—through this next season and beyond.

THE IDEAL NANNY IS....Experienced, nurturing, and fully present. You genuinely enjoy being in it with kids—running, playing, teaching, redirecting, and creating days that feel fun, intentional, and full of connection. You’re especially attuned to toddler development and transitions, understanding how big this season is for their oldest as a new baby joins the family. You bring patience, awareness, and a steady, reassuring presence—and you know how to meet children where they are while gently helping them grow. You’re proactive by nature—you don’t wait to be asked. You notice what would make the day run more smoothly and step in with ease. Just as importantly, you take pride in consistency. You’re someone who can confidently implement established routines and rhythms, knowing how much that stability matters to a growing family.

This family values open, honest, and direct communication, and they’re looking for a nanny who does too. They stay connected through informal weekly check-ins and more intentional monthly conversations, creating space to reflect, adjust, and grow together. A nanny who is comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and keeping parents looped in will feel especially aligned here. You’re happiest outside and can keep pace with a toddler who rarely slows down. Whether it’s park days, backyard play, or the occasional “should we just go swim?” kind of afternoon—you’re right there with them. Most of all, you’re looking for a long-term home—a place where you can build meaningful relationships, grow alongside a family, and become a steady, trusted presence in children’s lives for years to come. Come for the sweet kids and fresh air—stay because you found your people.
