FULL TIME OR PART TIME
PAY RATE: $27-40/HOUR GROSS
Nannies and mannies (both FT and PT) will help with all childcare related tasks including feeding, bathing, and driving children to activities. Most nannies/mannies are happy to help with child-related, light household tasks such as children’s laundry, children’s dishes, cleaning up the children’s messes, tidying the children’s room, and light errands. Nannies/mannies often become valued and trusted components to your family for what we hope is years to come!

Our Family/Household Assistants help tackle the never-ending to-do lists that come with a busy household! From grocery shopping, meal prep, and family laundry to running errands, managing schedules, and keeping things organized, these multitasking pros love making life easier. They're proactive, dependable, and always ready to jump in wherever needed, giving your family more time for what matters most. Many families love the best of both worlds! A hybrid Nanny/Family Assistant role combines hands-on childcare with household support, helping care for your children while keeping the everyday details of family life running smoothly. And while they're happy to help with everyday tidying, we typically leave the deep cleaning to the housecleaning pros!

These experienced professionals oversee the bigger picture, from managing household staff, vendors, and budgets to coordinating home maintenance, planning events, and overseeing projects. With exceptional organization, leadership, and an eye for detail, they anticipate needs, solve problems, and take the mental load of running a household off your shoulders.
PAY RATE: $30-45+/HOUR GROSS
Our newborn care specialists provide an extra set of hands (and a whole lot of reassurance!) during those precious early weeks and months. These caregivers bring varying levels of experience and specialized training, including some who are trained as Newborn Care Specialists (NCS). They offer temporary support with feeding, establishing healthy sleep routines, and navigating the many changes that come with welcoming a new baby. During overnight hours, they can help families get some much-needed rest by feeding, soothing, and settling newborns back to sleep, or bringing baby to a nursing mom when it's time to eat. Whether you need overnight relief or daytime support, we're here to help make those early days a little easier!
Event, Wedding & Travel Childcare
Whether you're hosting a wedding, attending a work conference, visiting Pittsburgh from out of town, or planning a special event, we've got the childcare covered! Our wonderful caregivers keep little ones safe, happy, and entertained so parents and guests can relax and enjoy the occasion. From one-on-one care for visiting families to coordinating childcare for larger events, we'll help customize a plan that fits your needs. For weddings and group events, we can even handle the activities, supplies, setup, and cleanup! Best of all, we take care of the caregiver coordination, payroll, and insurance details, making childcare one less thing on your to-do list.
Last-minute, planned, specialized, or general assistance—get as much or as little help as you need from our vetted superheroes on standby! Perfect if you need temporary support while searching for a permanent provider, work variable shifts, or need occasional childcare. Please note that we do not offer sick care or driving services. We’ll handle the legalities of insurance and payroll to help ensure you and your caregiver are legally protected. Our app makes booking easy, so you can quickly arrange quality care right at your doorstep.

Our compassionate Personal Care Assistants provide thoughtful, one-on-one support for adults who could use an extra helping hand in everyday life. From assistance with daily routines, dressing, and transportation to meal preparation, household tasks, companionship, and getting out to enjoy the things they love, these dependable caregivers help make life a little easier. Whether supporting an older adult, someone with limited mobility, or an individual who simply needs additional assistance, our caregivers focus on encouraging independence, preserving dignity, and helping people continue living life on their own terms. With varying levels of experience and training, we'll help you find someone whose skills and personality are just the right fit for your needs!
Our culinary experts will prepare a nutritious and delicious weekly menu to meet your dietary specifications and cultural preferences. They’ll grocery shop and bring the fresh ingredients to make everything right in your kitchen. Then, our chefs will package, label, and clean everything up, leaving your home without a trace. Never wonder what’s for dinner again!
