Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours/week 

• Mondays, 7 am to 5 pm
• Tuesdays, 8 am to 1 pm
• Wednesdays & fridays, 7 am to 4 pm
• Thursdays, 7 am to 1 pm

Hourly Rate: $25-35

Children: Newborn due in November

Paid Vacation: 

• 1 week paid family’s choice
• 1 week paid nanny’s choice
• 3 sick or personal days
• all major holidays
  

Requirements: Fully vaccinated (MMR, TDAP, and annual flu; COVID boosters preferred but not required)

WHO/WHAT: The doctors are in—and their tiniest patient is arriving this fall! This is a six-to-seven-month position, beginning in January and continuing through next summer, and they’re hoping to find a wonderful nanny who will make these first months of parenthood a little sweeter. Mom and Dad may both spend their days in medicine, but at home, they love keeping things simple. They value gratitude, the power of a positive mindset, and appreciating the little things in life. When they’re not working, you’ll find them relaxing with music, enjoying time together, or taking advantage of a beautiful day to eat outside and soak up some fresh air. Now, they’re looking for someone special to join their family for this new chapter!

When you join them in January, their little one will be about three months old—and you’ll be stepping right into the sweetest part of babyhood. Think tiny smiles, new sounds, tummy-time victories, sleepy snuggles, first laughs, and discovering that little personality one day at a time. And before you know it, that tiny baby will be looking around, reaching for everything, and becoming increasingly curious about the world around. There will be plenty of fun milestones ahead, and they’d love to have someone special there to enjoy with them.

The family appreciates consistency but understands that life with a baby—and two physician parents—can occasionally mean a little flexibility. The schedule may vary slightly from time to time, so they’re hoping to find someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable rolling with the occasional change.

Your days will be all about baby—bottles, snuggles, songs, books, tummy time, naps, walks, park visits, playtime, and all those adorable little moments that somehow make the day fly. Along with caring for the baby, a little help keeping his world running smoothly may be needed throughout the day. There may be some light baby-related tidying along the way, like washing bottles, keeping baby’s things organized, or helping with his laundry, but your main focus will always be their little one. No medical degree required—just a big heart, a love for babies, and a willingness to join the care team.

You’re trustworthy, dependable, and hardworking. You take your role seriously while bringing warmth, patience, and genuine care to your days with the baby. You understand that being a nanny is more than a job—it’s being trusted with someone’s most precious person.

You have prior infant-care experience and feel confident caring for a baby through all the stages of the first year. You are the type to sing songs, make animal noises, or get down on the floor, and celebrate that first roll like it deserves a standing ovation. As the baby grows, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce him to the simple magic of the world around him. When the weather cooperates, that might mean heading outside for a walk, feeling the sunshine, listening for birds, watching the leaves move, discovering flowers, or simply stopping to notice the little things nature has to offer. You understand that some of the most meaningful moments of the day may look a lot like playing, laughing, getting a little silly, and helping a little one discover the beauty in the world around them. You’re comfortable working independently and appreciate the trust that comes with that. You communicate openly, bring ideas to the table, and are comfortable partnering with parents to make sure the baby is happy, healthy, and thriving.
