WHO/WHAT:  Are you the kind of nanny who can juggle a toddler’s imagination and a newborn’s snuggles with equal joy? Do you thrive with families who are warm, thoughtful, and genuinely want to set their nanny up for success? Then you may have just found your people. This down-to-earth family is looking for a kind, patient, interactive nanny to care for their two little ones. Most days, Mom works from home or bounces between community events, but she’s incredibly respectful of boundaries and wants the nanny to feel empowered, trusted, and appreciated. Your schedule? A dream for someone who loves consistency with a sprinkle of flexibility. You’ll spend your days helping an energetic, outdoorsy almost-3-year-old burn off steam—kicking soccer balls, building trains and towers, creating crafts, diving into imaginative play, or heading out for a 20-minute walk to the library or a nearby playground. This little one takes a few minutes to warm up, but once comfortable, brings all the energy and silliness. The baby is sweet, snuggly, and still settling into rhythms—think contact naps, stroller walks, and lots of smiles. Both parents appreciate structure, gentle guidance, and a nanny who balances planned activities with free play. Household help is light and child-focused: washing bottles, the children’s laundry, sweeping/vacuuming common spaces, and general tidying. This family is especially open to a “school-year nanny” because Dad’s teaching schedule gives them summers off. But—good news—they’re fully willing to recruit for both. Either model works as long as they find the right person who loves their kids and wants to stick around for several years.

THE IDEAL NANNY IS…Playful. Patient. Experienced. Reliable. Trustworthy. You bring warmth and common sense into every room you enter. You’re confident with both newborn care and toddler energy, and you genuinely enjoy engaging children at their developmental level—from singing to the baby to building obstacle courses for big brother. You value safety, predictability, and routines, and you also know how to pivot when little humans need something different. You’re interactive rather than hands-off—willing to read stories, create crafts, explore outside, and encourage all the age-appropriate skills that prepare kids for preschool and beyond. You communicate clearly. You show up on time. You treat families with kindness and professionalism. And you’re looking for a role where you can invest for several years and become a trusted part of the family’s rhythm. If you’re searching for a thoughtful family, a flexible schedule, sweet kids, and parents who genuinely want this to be a great experience for you—this might be the perfect match. Apply today!
