WHO/WHAT: Attention all puzzlers, twirlers, building block assemblers, and toy train conductors. Are you a proactive, energetic, and compassionate nanny seeking a dynamic role that’s intended to last for years? Well get ready for minimal housework, maximum silliness, and a schedule you can co-design with this loving family of six. You’ll get to pick if you want four longer days or five shorter days, primarily covering the hours of 10 am to 5 pm. Both parents work from home but won’t step on your toes. Mom is a master organizer who’s got things pretty figured out. She’ll continue to work a little with the newborn so that mean you’ll be her sidekick to care for this busy home with highly active kids. Aged one through six, these siblings are thick as thieves and love to play together despite their very unique personalities. We can’t stress this enough but it’s rare that all the kids are home at the same time. Also, even though a newborn arrives in November, you won’t have anything to do with the baby until at least the end of summer 2026 when two of the children enter school full-time. So while infant experience is not required, limberness, strength, and energy is another story because this role is not for the frail. Bring your dancing shoes because the six-year-old is a natural leader who was born to be on stage. Her five-year-old younger brother is next, and together, you’ll build up towers and slash them down, ninja-style (yes, headband required). Gentle and quiet, he’s experienced some delays with his verbal communication. Next comes his three-year-old younger sister who is joyful, mischievous, and always looking for a puzzle to solve. Last but not least is their one-year-old baby brother who loves trains, playing peekaboo, and chasing everyone around. Two things they all have in common are their love for each other and… for French FRIES! (But don’t get us started on preferred condiments for dipping). You’ll score huge bonus points if you can swim and MUST be a safe, seasoned driver. This role is heavily centered on the children and transporting them to their many events in a family-provided vehicle. Although occasional household help with other tasks is appreciated, you’ll mainly assist with washing bottles, Swiffering, and keeping the play areas clean and organized. No matter how big this family might be, they have room for one more, so if that’s you, then APPLY RIGHT NOW!

THE IDEAL NANNY IS… COMPASSIONATE! This family will choose their nanny based on character, not credentials, so those with less experience are encouraged to apply. Proactive and patient, you can plan the entire day, or go with the flow. You easily adapt to energy levels, whether the kiddos are at 0 or 10, and you know that can change at any moment. Mom is the captain, and that means you’re teachable to steer the ship but you’re also unafraid to make a sharp turn when seas get bumpy. You bring a ton of common sense to every situation, have high emotional intelligence, and are a great communicator. You love a busy house and appreciate “chill in the chaos.” Most importantly, you don’t show favoritism to any of the children and can embrace a variety of personalities and abilities. So if you’re looking for a long-term role with a bustling, growing bunch who’ll cherish you deeply, then APPLY TODAY!
