WHO/WHAT: Two babies. Two surgeons. One very important role. Let’s just say…this isn’t your average newborn role. Two highly dedicated surgeons are about to become first-time parents to twins—and while they’re experts in the operating room, they’re the first to admit they’re brand new to this whole baby thing. They’re looking for someone who can step in with calm confidence, a deep well of newborn knowledge, and the kind of presence that makes everything feel just a little more manageable.

Your days will revolve around caring for two tiny humans—feeding, soothing, establishing routines, and creating a calm, nurturing environment from the very beginning. No overnights required, but flexibility is key as schedules may ebb and flow. With demanding, ever-changing schedules (hello, on-call life), they need someone who can confidently take the lead and bring a steady rhythm to the day.

On the household side, think “keep the ship steady”—children’s laundry, bottles handled, light tidying (vacuuming, sweeping), and those small resets that make a big difference. There’s also a low-maintenance cat in the mix who wouldn’t mind a little extra love.

What makes this role special? These parents want guidance. They’re not pretending to have it all figured out. They’re looking for someone who can gently step in with ideas, reassurance, and experience—someone who can say, “Hey, this might help,” and be trusted fully. They value connection over convenience, interaction over screens, and are excited to create a home environment that feels calm, engaging, and intentional from day one.

They’re hoping to find someone for at least a year or two—someone who becomes a steady, trusted presence during this once-in-a-lifetime season.

THE IDEAL NANNY IS…EXPERIENCED AND CALM✨ You’ve been in the newborn trenches before—and it shows. You bring a grounded, reassuring energy that makes everything feel more doable. You’re flexible, communicative, and incredibly reliable, especially in a home where schedules can shift quickly. You’re intuitive and proactive, stepping in where needed without waiting to be asked. You’re gentle, nurturing, and deeply attentive, but also confident enough to guide first-time parents with warmth and respect. Bonus points if you’ve supported multiples or thrive in those early, all-hands-on-deck newborn days.

If you’re the kind of person who walks into a home and instantly makes life feel calmer, smoother, and more supported…this family is ready to meet you. APPLY today. ✨
