WHO/WHAT: Calling all night owls who happen to be really, really good with babies. The twins are here! After months of preparing for life with two babies, this family is officially in it with two, 2-month-olds—and they're looking for an experienced overnight caregiver to join their team 2–3 nights each week beginning in October.

Both parents are surgeons, and as they prepare to return to incredibly demanding careers, they know that getting meaningful rest at night will be an important part of making it all work. They’re looking for someone who knows the newborn stage inside and out—someone they can confidently hand things over to at the end of the day, knowing their two little ones will be exceptionally well cared for while they recharge for the day ahead.

Your nights will revolve around two very tiny humans: feeding, burping, changing, soothing, settling, and doing it all over again when the next little set of eyes pops open. You’ll wash and prep bottles, keep track of feedings and sleep as needed, and handle those small baby-related resets that make mornings with newborn twins feel just a little bit easier.

And while caring for the babies is the heart of this role, your experience matters here, too. These are thoughtful first-time parents who genuinely value the knowledge a seasoned newborn caregiver brings. They appreciate someone who notices patterns, communicates what they're seeing, offers helpful ideas, and provides reassurance along the way—all while respecting their preferences as parents.

More than anything, they want to know that when they close their bedroom door at night, their babies are in exceptionally capable and caring hands.

THE IDEAL OVERNIGHT CAREGIVER IS…THE CALM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Newborn nights don't always follow the plan. You know that—and it doesn't faze you. You can soothe a fussy baby at 2 AM, remember who ate what and when, and somehow leave the bottle station better than you found it. When both babies need you at once, you don't miss a beat. You're attentive to the little things, confident in your newborn knowledge, and experienced enough to know what's perfectly normal and what's worth mentioning to Mom and Dad.  Most importantly, you're someone parents can sleep soundly knowing is there. You show up when you say you will, communicate well, respect parents' preferences, and understand that exceptional overnight care is built on equal parts experience, consistency, and trust.

If newborns are your sweet spot, nighttime is your time to shine, and two babies don't scare you one bit…we'd love to meet you. APPLY today.
