Whether it's spending time outdoors, diving into a favorite book, building elaborate blanket forts, singing songs, tackling a craft project, or simply sharing giggles throughout the day, they love creating a childhood filled with warmth and fun.

Both parents have flexible work arrangements and spend some time working from home, but they place a high level of trust in their nanny and value someone who can confidently take ownership of the day. Child-related household responsibilities include keeping children's spaces organized, handling children's laundry, washing bottles and dishes used throughout the day, and helping care for the family's friendly Golden Retriever.
