WHO/WHAT: Do you secretly love early mornings—the calm before the day begins, coffee at its best, and toddlers at their silliest? Then you’ve found your people. This growing family of soon-to-be-four can’t wait to welcome a nanny who’s ready to dive into both the fun and the snuggles. Your days will balance the lively energy of a playful toddler—who loves to run, read, and explore—with the tender rhythms of a newborn’s bottles, burps, and milestone moments. These parents appreciate structure (think healthy meals, consistent naps, and minimal TV), and you’ll help maintain their rhythm while bringing your own creativity with engaging, age-appropriate activities. When the little ones are resting, you’ll keep things humming by tackling child-related household tasks: children’s laundry, washing bottles, sweeping/vacuuming, tidying play areas, and starting light dinner prep. Ideally, you’ll also be willing to run a quick grocery errand now and then to keep the household stocked and stress-free. With no pets, no deep cleaning, and no parents working from home (except Fridays!), your focus will stay right where it matters most—the kids. You also must have a reliable vehicle for transporting the kids to and from activities as they get older and trust is built! Parents value open communication and love receiving updates and photos throughout the day to stay connected. More than a babysitter, they’re hoping for a true teammate who will grow with their family for years to come.
THE IDEAL NANNY IS STEADY & LOVING! You’re reliable to your core—punctual, prepared, and committed—and you see childcare as a career, not just a stepping stone. You’re equally confident rocking a newborn to sleep as you are guiding a toddler through play and exploration. Patient with shy personalities, nurturing in your care, and always attentive, you respond with warmth and presence. You’re tidy, organized, and respectful of parental preferences, and you communicate with ease—sending updates, brainstorming activities, and partnering as a true member of the team. If you’re ready to bring your professionalism, warmth, and dependability to a family who will truly value you, then APPLY TODAY!
