WHO/WHAT: Calling all baby-loving, bubble-blowing, toddler-chasing, snack-prepping superheroes! This high-energy crew is searching for a warm, flexible, and joy-filled nanny to join their party of five. With three little ones—including a sweet baby girl—your days will be full of snuggles, stroller walks, and sensory play. These kids are busy in the best way - they thrive on being outside, helping in the kitchen, and participating in meaningful, real-life tasks like folding laundry or sweeping the floor. The family embraces Montessori principles at home: fostering independence, modeling respectful communication, and creating an environment where children feel empowered to contribute and explore at their own pace. While your main role will be focused on their youngest, you’ll overlap at times with the older two boys (ages 2 and 4) for school pickups, occasional morning fun, or when school is closed. They love to get involved in whatever grown-ups are doing—be it sweeping, sorting socks, or mixing up a batch of pancakes. They’re learning to be confident, capable little humans with the help of grown-ups who respect their independence. Mom’s schedule rotates (she’ll give you a heads-up about 6 weeks out), but you’ll have consistent hours—and they’d love if you’re open to the occasional date night too. This family thrives on rhythm and routine and they’re big believers in hands-on learning and encouraging independence. They’re not big on screen time, but huge on connection, curiosity, and laughter. Your days will include everything from children’s laundry, bottle washing, sweeping up crumbs, picking up groceries, running errands, starting dinner, and the occasional load of grown-up laundry too. The family is also open to occasional outings to the local libraries, zoos, parks, and museums! Ideally, their nanny will feel like an extension of mom and dad—a teammate and a steady, loving presence who knows how to keep things fun and moving.

THE IDEAL NANNY IS…Bubbly, confident, and full of heart. You’re the kind of person who spots the dishes in the sink and just handles them. You don’t flinch at early mornings and move through your day with energy and intention. You embrace muddy boots and can turn a pile of couch cushions into a castle, rocket ship, or reading nook. You’re confident managing a routine, proactive when it comes to pitching in, and don’t wait to be asked—you see what needs doing and jump right in. You align with Montessori values and encourage kids to help cook, tidy up, or choose their outfit (even if it’s a superhero cape with rain boots). You’re here for the long haul—at least a year, ideally more. Above all, you’re loving, playful, and trustworthy. You see nannying not just as a job, but as a way to become part of a family—to grow with them, laugh with them, and be a consistent, positive presence in the lives of three growing kids. If that sounds like your dream role, don’t wait—we’d love to meet you.
