WHO/WHAT: This beloved East Wind Nannies family is growing—and so is their care team! We had the joy of placing their current nanny last year, and she’s thriving in her role. Now that baby number three has arrived, the family is hoping to welcome one more wonderful caregiver into the mix—a morning nanny focused on loving, nurturing, and supporting their newest addition. If your happy place is swaying in a sunny room with a sleepy baby or narrating tummy time like it’s the Super Bowl, this one’s for you. This role is tailor-made for a baby whisperer—someone who delights in developmental milestones, keeps a pulse on feeding and nap routines, and is ready to gently guide their youngest through his first couple of years with warmth, patience, and joy. This new nanny will work in tandem with Mom (who works from home) and occasionally tag-team with the current nanny who typically works the afternoon shift—helping the big kids get out the door, cleaning up breakfast dishes, or entertaining a sibling while socks are being hunted down. You’ll also sprinkle in some household magic—like making bottle piles disappear, keeping the kid laundry from staging a takeover, and giving the floors a quick sweep so the baby isn’t rolling through crumbs. But most of your day? It's snuggles, songs, stroller walks, and early learning activities with the baby. As he grows, you’ll take the lead on planning fun at-home routines, heading to the park, or attending nearby baby classes (no driving required). The family is looking for a solid morning commitment (7:30–12, Monday–Thursday) and will guarantee 20 hours/week. They hope to keep this role in place for the next couple of years—so this is a golden opportunity for someone looking for long-term consistency with one sweet baby and a truly wonderful family.
THE IDEAL NANNY IS…a calm, loving presence with deep baby experience. You’re confident with infant care, love toddler development, and have a warm, proactive style. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and know how to create simple rhythms that help a baby thrive. You're tuned in, trustworthy, and bring steadiness to the hustle of family life. You might have a mental library of sensory activities, soothing techniques, and baby-led routines—or just the desire to build one. If you’re ready to bring your A-game to mornings with one adorable little guy (and a rock-solid support team), we’d love for you to APPLY today.
